“Before & After” video demonstrates game-wide graphical upgrade

Game Update 31 (GU31) for DC Universe Online is in the pipeline and is all set to blow players' minds! With its launch in November, DCUO players on PC will be able to enjoy a combination of art upgrades offering a significantly improved visual experience.
The development team of DC Universe Online increased the level of detail on textures throughout the game and took the opportunity to rebuild areas like Centennial Park in Metropolis and Robinson Park in Gotham City so that the visuals there better match the story being told. Additionally, the team corrected and improved hundreds of details in the environmental geometry throughout the game to bring a better, seamless experience to all players.
Today ProSiebenSat.1 Games, the European publisher for DC Universe Online on PC, released a “Before & After” video, demonstrating the significant changes in the level of details for well known in-game locations like Hedge Gardens, Amphitheater, The War Room as well as for the Superman-Statue and The Magic Win.
